HEIR GENERAL
One day, George Washington was captured by the Hessian troops. And the roughest, toughest Hessian interrogator was called in to question him. Several of Washington's troops listened from outside the tent:
"Heir General, you vill tell me vat I vant to know!"

"Heir General, ven vill you be crossing ze Delavare river?"
[SLAP, SLAP, SLAP]
"Heir General, ven vill you be attacking ze port at New York?"
[SLAP, SLAP, SLAP]
"Heir General, vould you please qvit slapping me every time I ask you
a qvestion?"
